Grand Hyatt Guangzhou is equipped with 1,313 square metres (14,133 square feet) of function space, which can accommodate groups of 20 to 1,000 guests.  The Grand Ballroom is diamond-shaped and can offer great views of the stage, regardless of the type of setup. Technology partners are available for advanced effects, as well as high-level executive meetings or major banquet and cocktail events.

Our commitment to service excellence continues with the convention services team, who work with every event organiser to ensure the success of the event.  The convention services expert is the organiser’s main hotel liaison, overseeing such aspects of the programme as arrival and departure, transportation and banquet arrangements.  Furthermore, a personal butler is attached to every function held in the hotel.  Stationed outside of each function room for the whole duration of an event, this butler will attend to any request immediately.
